This has led to the creation of a synergy with RPLT&#8217;s ESG &amp; Legal Impact practice, which is also active in the <em>business and human rights<\/em> field.<\/p>\n<p>The evolving regulatory and market context at the European and international levels is placing the issue of human rights compliance at the center of corporate strategies, with particular attention to managing increasingly global and fragmented supply chains. In particular, in the food and fashion supply chains, this is a highly relevant issue, as demonstrated by some recent and widely publicized events that have occurred in Italy.
