Sabrina Straneo assists Italian clients and multinational enterprise groups with commercial and corporate law matters, in particular in reference to extraordinary operations, corporate finance, joint ventures and cross-border operations. His consultancy also regards all aspects of the everyday life of a company, such as, amongst others, corporate contracts, compliance and company secretary.

Sabrina has also accrued considerable experience in real estate in Italy, assisting leading groups in acquisitions and development.

After having spent years abroad and with leading foreign firms, Sabrina joined RP Legal & Tax in 2009, as Of Counsel.
