Reduction in sanctions for the failure to register with SISTRI
Law no. 21/2016 converted from Law Decree 210/2015 confirms the halving of penalties applied for failing to register with SISTRI and for failing to pay the relative contributions.
This position will be effective until 31st December 2016, i.e. until the end of the transitional period for adapting to SISTRI.
