Spouse separation: it is possible to agree on the meetings with the house pet and on the care and charge about it

According to the Court of Como, in case of amicable separation, the judge is compelled to legitimize the settlement regarding the subdivision of costs and custody arrangements.
In case of dispute, no legislation obliges the Court to decide the case.
The content of the decision is very critical towards the behaviour and words used by pet owners which are too similar to the terminology used for children.
