International Posting of Workers: Obligations and Safeguards – IPBA Journal (March 2019 – n. 93).
Other than being active members of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, Claudio Elestici and Vincenzo D’Antoni had the pleasure of collaborating in the last edition of the IPBA Journal (March 2019 – n. 93), while writing an article on the international posting of workers.
A very interesting analysis of the EU Directive 2014/67/EU (implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree 136/2016) concerning the posting of workers for temporary provision of services, passing though an overview of the fulfillments and obligations of employers, the rules and advantages.
