Mario Colombatto is an expert in corporate law and financial markets.

In his area of activity he deals with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, structured finance, private equity and venture capital for leading Italian companies and multinational groups.

Mario also deals with regulations for listed companies, IPOs, delistings and public takeover bids. He assists assets management companies, financial intermediaries and SICAVs in providing services, investments and assuring regulatory compliance.

He also monitors Italian and foreign funds in real estate transactions with leverage structures.

He has lectured at universities.
