Marco Scavello assists businesses in a crisis or which are insolvent, helping them through debt restructuring processes, choosing the most appropriate tool to the case at hand (i.e. composition proceedings, restructuring agreements and reorganisation plans).

Marco also assists businesses, private clients and collective procedures in civil litigation regarding bankruptcy and corporate matters, civil liability and compensation for damages, in debt collection.

Marco joined RP Legal & Tax, as a partner, in 2020.

He holds assignments as liquidator in companies in receivership, by ministerial appointment.
