Gilda Caso provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to Italian and foreign clients and companies in the aerospace, insurance, logistics and transportation sectors.
Gilda is part of the aerospace team working on R&I projects, with regulatory & compliance analysis activities in relation to the European and international regulatory framework for the expansion of satellite applications and for the development of the European regulatory framework of the Unmanned Aircrafts Systems (UAS).
She joined RP Legal & Tax in 2023, after graduating with honours at the University of Bologna, defending a thesis in Transport Law.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
