Francesco Comito deals with commercial law and ESG, areas he studied during a research period in the United States, at Harvard University and NYU School of Law.
He graduated in Law at the University of Messina, discussing a thesis in Commercial Law entitled “Sustainable Business and Management Responsibility”, in which he explored the issues of sustainability in relation to the corporate governance of listed companies, with a comparative focus on the regulatory models of the United States and the European Union.
Member of ELSA since 2021, he has taken part in international legal research and writing projects and contributed to the II issue of the ELSA Italy Law Review, published by Lex Iuris, with an article on the topic of sustainable development and the role of businesses.
Francesco joined RP Legal & Tax in 2025.
