Luciano Salomoni

Luciano Salomoni, a lawyer with many years of consolidated experience in administrative law, is of counsel at RPLT for matters related to environmental law and public services.
He holds a PhD in Public Law from the University of Pavia and is a tenured researcher in administrative law at the University of Milano-Bicocca, where he also serves as an adjunct professor of environmental law. He has taught courses in Public Law Institutions, Public Economic Law, and Competition Law at the same university, as well as the course in Administrative Procedural Law at the School of Legal Professions of the University of Milan.
He is the director of the Master’s Program in Public Services and Utilities Management at the University of Milano-Bicocca, conducted in collaboration with Confservizi Cispel Lombardia and the Center for Studies in Economics and Regulation of Public Services and the Public Sector.
He is a member of the Editorial Board of the scientific journal Economia Pubblica.
He has published articles in scientific journals and commentaries on topics such as public contract law, energy, and waste sector regulation. He is also a speaker at training courses on these subjects and serves as a lecturer for IFEL courses aimed at qualifying contracting authorities.
