Luca Ciavarella has gained consolidated professional experience in the corporate field, working alongside entrepreneurs and the management of medium-large companies, overseeing all fiscal and budgetary aspects, assisting them in growth and in the change in structure resulting from generational transitions and mergers.
He has acquired solid skills in evaluating companies, preparing business plans, and drafting expert reports, including those from parties such as CTP, and offers highly qualified consultancy in extraordinary operations for reorganization and development (mergers, spin-off, acquisitions).

In the financial sector, it supports the enterprise to better understand how to measure business performance, collaborating in the drafting of budgets and business plans intended for external financiers and partners, also with a view to obtaining new lines of credit and restructuring existing ones.
The main clients for which he takes care of all fiscal, corporate and budgetary aspects are primary industrial and service companies, even listedones, operating in the food, Energy, Information Technology, Automotive sectors.
He holds the position of Regular Auditor in Boards of Statutory Auditors.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ and registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome and the Register of Statutory Auditors

I criteri del BIA sono distinti e autonomi rispetto agli standard armonizzati risultanti dalle norme ISO o di altri organismi di normazione e non sono ratificati da parte di istituzioni pubbliche nazionali o europee.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
