Dario Paschetta

Dario Paschetta has gained particular experience in providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance in the field of antitrust and industrial property, with a focus on contracts to both national and international companies as well as research institutes.
He is also an expert in the energy sector for all aspects of regulation and contracts, with a focus on natural gas and district heating.
He graduated from the University of Turin. In 2006, he obtained an LL.M. from the London School of Economics (LSE) and in 2015 he worked as a legal advisor at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
He is a member of LES Italia (Licensing Executives Society), of which he is currently President. He is a member of the Italian Association for District Heating (AIRU) and AIPPI. He regularly publishes in various national and international legal journals.
Since 2022, he is Managing Editor of the University of Turin’s Journal of Law, Market and Innovation (JLMI). Since 2021, he is academic fellow in competition law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Turin and he is lecturer of industrial property law in the second cycle degree in Plant Biotechnology of the same university.
