Riccardo Acernese has carried out his professional activity throughout Italy, specializing in business economics with a primary focus on advising companies and corporate groups in the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements, business plans, and company valuations.
His work mainly concerns economic-financial consulting for companies intending to pursue listing on regulated and non-regulated markets (EGM), or for those interested in bringing a financial partner into their shareholding structure (Private Equity), including for the purpose of addressing generational transition issues.
He holds and has held positions as a member of the boards of statutory auditors of listed and unlisted companies.

He has taught business economics subjects at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Rome La Sapienza.
He was a member of the National Accounting Standards Committee – OIC – Italian Accounting Organization.
He graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome and with the Register of Legal Auditors.
