Chiara Agostini assists clients with internet and communication matters. Her specific consultancy covers all aspects of consumer protection, personal data protection, advertising, copyright and related contracts.

Her experience in privacy also crosses over in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, where she assists clients in preparing to comply with legislation and in handling the related disputes. When she thinks about her work, she likes to keep in mind that:

Chiara joined RP Legal & Tax in 1999 and became a partner in 2011. She is a contracted lecturer at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan on the Executive Masters in Luxury Goods Management and on the “Cosmetics and Perfumes Marketing” course.

Chiara is a Data Protection Officer, certified UNI11697.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
