Alberto Coni primarily provides assistance in the field of commercial and corporate law.
In April 2025, he graduated from the University of Turin, defending a thesis in Commercial Law entitled: “The Regulation of Innovative Start-ups in the Form of a Limited Liability Company (S.r.l.)”.

A member of ELSA since 2023, he has taken part in numerous initiatives and seminars organized by the association.

During his university years, Alberto gained various international academic experiences: he participated in the Erasmus program at the Universidad de Zaragoza in Spain, and attended ELSA’s Law School on “New Technologies and AI Law” at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium.

Alberto joined RP Legal & Tax in 2025.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
