Alessandro Anedda deals with commercial and corporate law and assists Italian clients and multinational groups, with a specific focus on extraordinary transactions. His consultancy also covers ordinary assistance to companies in commercial contracts and company secretarial matters.

Alessandro also assists several EuVECA funds in structuring and implementing investments characterized by social impact profiles.

He graduated with honors at the University of Padua, and also gained study experience in Belgium at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, participating in the Erasmus program.

Alessandro joined RP Legal & Tax in 2022.
