Nicolas Angius practises in the field of Administrative Law, with particular focus on administrativelitigation, infrastructure, town planning, concessions, environment and energy, as well as regulatory mattersconnected with administrative proceedings and, more generally, public tender procedures, including public contracts.
He advises and assists economic operators, industrial groups and investors, both Italian and international, at the various stages of administrative proceedings, in the management of related regulatory, contractual and contentious matters, as well as in out-of-court and pre-litigation matters.
He completed his legal traineeship in the field of administrative law, developing his professional experienceat a leading Italian law firm, where he assisted clients in proceedings throughout Italy and worked on judicial and contentious matters, as well as legal research and analysis, legal opinions and support in out-of-court assistance. He adopts an approach focused on understanding the client’sneeds, preventing disputes and managing regulatoryrisk.
