Diego Annarilli

Diego Annarilli, an expert in tax law, has worked in leading Italian professional firms where he gained solid experience in international taxation issues, transfer pricing and international double taxation dispute resolution procedures (mutual agreement procedures).

The focus of his consultancy is on the taxation of extraordinary transactions, shareholding reorganizations and asset protection, as well as tax litigation assisting industrial and commercial groups – Italian and multinational – operating in the automotive, Oil&Gas, rubber, Energy, construction, financial services, marine and transportation sectors.

He holds the position of statutory auditor and is a member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 in numerous corporations. A speaker at seminars and conferences on domestic and international taxation, he is the author of numerous publications on tax matters.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” with a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Luiss Guido Carli University and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome, Register of Auditors and Auditors.
