Massimo Baglioni

Massimo Baglioni has dedicated himself for many years to Public Utility issues, a sector in which he has gained significant experience, with a particular focus on Local Public Transport. His particular expertise also focuses on extraordinary transactions carried out by corporate groups, both national and multinational, as well as corporate valuations.

The clients whose tax, corporate and financial statement aspects he handles, with assistance also in litigation, are leading industrial and service companies, including listed ones, operating in sectors such as air transport, local public transport, rubber, nautical, hotel, construction and Real Estate, Information Technology, Energy, gaming, soccer and Money Transfer.

He holds the position of Statutory Auditor in numerous Boards of Statutory Auditors of S.p.A. and S.r.l., serves as a Party’s Technical Consultant and takes part in conferences and teaching activities with focus on issues concerning extraordinary corporate transactions.

He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome.
