Cristina Bellomunno is an expert in industrial and copyright law-particularly trademarks, patents, know-how, designs, advertising, influencer marketing, e-commerce, selective distribution, and unfair competition-with a consolidated experience in the fields of mechanics, electronics, fashion and luxury, furniture, food and beverage, cosmetics, detergents, communication including digital, and infrastructure construction.
She advises in the field of intellectual property for the development and defense of the intangible assets of companies that she assists in the drafting of contracts involving intangible assets – licensing, franchising, co-branding, sponsorship contracts – and in court proceedings, including before the Courts of the European Union.
She is a member of ECTA (European Community Trademark Association) and AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property). She regularly conducts training and teaching in the field of industrial law and copyright in meetings and master’s degrees. She has been a member since 2006 of the scientific committee of the journal Giurisprudenza Annotata di Diritto Industriale.
A graduate of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, she is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
