Fabio Benetti assists Italian and foreign businesses in all matters relating to employment law, industrial relations and trade union relations.
He provides operative consultancy in managing contracts of employment, including managerial contracts, as well as with solving problems typical of agency contracts and sales networks in general, operating in the area of employment law litigation.
Fabio supports clients planning and carrying out business restructuring and reorganisation plans of companies belonging to national and international groups, often as part of extraordinary operations.
He also deals extensively with corporate compliance matters, assisting companies in their preparation and update of Organisational, Management and Control Models in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, also holding positions in Supervisory Bodies.
Fabio teaches accredited training and for trade and professional associations.
