Valentina Boldurescu provides assistance mainly in the field of commercial and corporate law.
In April 2024, she graduated with honors and mention from the University of Turin, discussing a thesis in European Law entitled “The derived right of residence of a third-country national who has a relationship of dependency with a citizen of the Union pursuant to Article 20 TFEU”.
During her university years, she took part in several academic and extracurricular initiatives, including the legal clinic project “Strategic Litigation: Human Rights”.
Previously, after graduating from high school, she obtained a second diploma in the USA as a postgraduate student at the prestigious prep-school Phillips Academy in Andover, MA.
Valentina joined RP Legal Tax in 2024.
