Cristina Bollini assists her clients – private individuals and companies – with civil and commercial disputes, as well as in collective procedures.
In this latter sector, she has accrued considerable experience in composition procedures (with continuity of business and liquidations), debt restructuring agreements and bankruptcy procedures.
She also assists Liquidators in connection with tasks assigned by the Court in respect of debt collection and liability claims.
Her work is inspired by the famous wisdom of Horace
“sapere aude!”
and she always seeks to work alongside the client, without losing her independence of judgement and taking a balanced approach in seeking the best possible solution to the relevant matter.
Cristina joined RP Legal & Tax in 2010 after graduating from the University of Milan in 2006.
