Ludovica Ceretto mainly operates in electronic commerce, personal data processing, communication law, on-line services and copyright.

Ludovica addresses matters of privacy and data protection on a daily basis, having acquired considerable experience in providing continuous assistance to multinational groups and companies in assessments, verifying customer compliance with personal data legislation and entertaining relations with the Data Protection Authority.

She has also accrued experience in commercial law, with particular reference made to intellectual and industrial property law, assisting clients both in and out of court.

Ludovica graduated from the University of Turin and joined RP Legal & Tax in 2018. In 2020, she attended the specialisation course “Data Protection and Data Governance. Management of Personal Data in the Public Administration and Health” at the University of Milan.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
