Giuseppe Cerone has gained experience in statutory audit of financial institutions and in riskmanagement activities for asset management companies, payment institutions, and banking entities.
He currently focuses on accounting advisory and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Italian GAAP (OIC), transfer pricing, and corporate restructuringtransactions.

He holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Financial Intermediaries from the University of Siena.
