Maurizio Corain has significant experience in commercial law, international trade, customs law, integrated logistics, and aviation/maritime as well as transport law, offering advice in drafting contracts and assisting in litigation.

His clients include insurance and reinsurance companies operating in his fields of expertise.

He has also gained extensive experience providing legal support and consulting to victims of terrorism, victims of duty, and comparable persons, assisting them in protecting their rights and obtaining the benefits provided by existing legislation.

Maurizio joined RP Legal & Tax in 1998, where he has been a partner since 1999. Thanks to his over 25 years of experience, he also provides strategic consulting to his clients’ top management in planning and executing business activities.

He is a frequent speaker at specialized conferences.

He is a member of ISDIT – Institute for the Study of Transport Law, AIDIM – Italian Association of Maritime Law and EALA – European Air Law Association.
