Dario Abbattista graduated from the Faculty of Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. During his studies, he gained experience abroad in English at The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He currently lends his professional activity in the field of mergers/acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements in favor of large and medium-sized companies. He also provides ongoing judicial and extrajudicial assistance in favor of leading Banking institutions.

Dario works in the Corporate M&A department and the Banking & Finance department.
