Alfredo Della Bella

Alfredo Della Bella is a lawyer specialised in commercial and corporate law and the financial markets. He currently works in mergers and acquisitions, in preparing and negotiating commercial agreements for large and medium size enterprises and in solving corporate governance issues and regulating shareholder relations. He also provides continuous assistance in and out of court to leading banks.

Alfredo joined RP Legal & Tax in 2019.

He has enjoyed multiple experiences abroad, including at the Free University of Berlin and Fordham University of New York. He also obtained a Masters in Business Law from the Technical University of Berlin in 2018, entitled “MBL – European and International Energy Law”
