Salvatore Dibenedetto provides legal and extrajudicial assistance in commercial, international and logistics and transport law; in particular, he provides support to leading Italian and foreign industrial groups on issues related to the drafting and negotiation of business contracts and corporate law. He also deals with civil and commercial litigation, including transnational litigation.

Salvatore joined RPLT RP LEGALITAX in 2024, after graduating cum laude from the University of Bologna, discussing a thesis in Law Private Law.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
