Claudio Elestici is an expert in commercial and corporate law with specific reference to M&As and a close focus on private equity transactions.

He has assisted various family-run business groups with the reorganisation of their assets, also for succession purposes.

Over time, Claudio has acquired specific experience in cross-border operations, also being a member of the China and Japan Desks.

Claudio has supervised some important extraordinary transactions regarding companies listed on regulated markets and in the banking, insurance and chemical-pharmaceutical segment.

When he thinks about his work, he loves to recall a famous phrase:

He lectures on various masters courses intended for business jurists.

He is a member of the IBA (International Bar Association) and the IPBA (Inter-Pacific Bar Association).
