Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he has gained significant professional experience in leading Italian and international law and tax firms.
He advises Italian companies and industrial and financial groups, HNWI, non-profit organizations, start-ups, asset management companies (SGR) and investment funds.
His practice focuses primarily on domestic and international tax advisory, M&A, financial and real estate taxation, business succession planning, and taxation of non-profit organizations, as well as on fintech and blockchain taxation.
Alongside his professional activity, he is adjunct professor in Tax Law at the University of Turin. PhD in Corporate Tax Law, he regularly speaks at seminars, conferences and advanced training courses; he is also the author of numerous publications and contributions in the field of taxation.
He is a member of the Decentralized Finance Laboratory (LabDEC) of the SAA School of Management in Turin, where he also lectures, and is an accredited professional at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates.
