Marco Gardino assists clients in matters of corporate and commercial law, both in M&A and venture capital and for ordinary corporate day-to-day assistance. He has also experience with regards to corporate governance aspects connected to Decree 231/2001.

His experience covers a range of sectors, including energy, tech, beauty, fashion, consumer goods, industrial machines and medical devices.

Marco graduated cum laude from the University of Turin in 2011 after having spent time studying in The Netherlands (Maastricht University), England (Centre for Transnational Legal Studies – London) and France (International business transactions course – Paris). Marco also completed a specialisation course in energy law at the LUISS-Guido Carli University of Rome.

Marco joined RP Legal & Tax in 2011, becoming a partner in 2020. He is Vice President of the Corporate M&A Commission of the International Association Young Lawyers (AIJA). He was also a member of the International Relations Commission of the Bar Association of Turin.
