Line Gaston assists clients in the areas of labor and business relations law.
Her assistance covers all issues peculiar to the drafting of contracts and company policies, individual and collective dismissals, corporate restructuring, business transfers, labor relations, and the management of labor, contract and agency relations.
He is currently secretary of the A.D.L.D. Trade Union Association, a signatory of the CCNL (national contract) for the categor, as a representative association.
A French national, Line has acquired particular experience in France-Italy relations and assists companies and individuals in their plans to extend abroad, advising them in the management of both extrajudicial or contractual matters and possible litigation.
She was trained in France (at the Institut d’Études Politiques in Lyon and the Université Lyon II with specialization in Private Law and Cross-Border Cooperation) and is currently a lawyer, registered with the Milan Bar Association, referenced in the “liste de notoriété du barreau” of the Consulate General of France in Milan.
Line is a member of the UIA – Union Internationale des Avocats.
