Mario Enrico Gatti

Mario Gatti has accrued multidisciplinary experience over the years, assisting the law and HR offices of leading Italian and foreign companies in connection with varied problems (including the negotiation of commercial contracts, the various aspects involving HR administration and the drafting of internal policies and regulations).
Mario also assists clients involved in complex corporate operations, sales of business units, mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on issues relating to the staff involved (transfers, termination of employment and suchlike).
He also offers consultancy and assistance to directors and managers with reference to governance problems, remuneration policies and non-competition matters.
Mario has developed his expertise in sports law, providing assistance to professional athletes, coaches, sports directors, sports agents and clubs in negotiations and dispute resolution in the area of sports labor relations.
He also advises and assists sports clubs and societies in relation to regulatory aspects and procedures in the organization of sports events, implementation of activities aimed at promoting sports and its values, and in the context of projects for the construction and/or remodeling of sports facilities and facilities.
In his life, just like at work, he sees initiative and style as added value.
Mario joined RP Legal & Tax in 2017.
He completed his Masters in Corporate Law – IPSOA and Masters in Employment Law at the Cà Foscari University of Venice.
