Benedetta Guastoni deals with corporate criminal law, crimes regarding safety at work and environmental safety, economic crime and the Public Administration as well as crimes against the person. She also assists child defendants, thanks to a post-graduate specialisation course she specifically took to this end.

She also offers assistance and consultancy in respect of the administrative liability of legal entities in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and in connection with anti money laundering legislation (Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/07).

Benedetta joined RP Legal & Tax in 2017 after having completed a Masters in Criminal Corporate Law from the Just Legal Services school of specialisation of Milan
