Giovanna Caterina Guinicelli

Giovanna Caterina Guinicelli graduated from the University of Roma Tre, discussing a thesis in Private Law entitled “Capacity to dispose by will: legal and medical-legal aspects.”

She offers assistance in the drafting of contracts, and in litigation in the field of inheritance and generational transfer of assets, with particular reference to trusts, and also in the areas of commercial, logistics and transportation law.

Giovanna works in the Private Clients and the Logistic & Transportation department.

Giovanna joined RP Legal & Tax in 2023 as the winner of a bursary in memory of Giuseppe Rossotto.
