Agnès Kwiatkowski

Agnès is a French lawyer at the Lille Bar, practising in Italy at the Milan Bar.
After a PhD in French and English contract law between France and England (Lille, Oxford), combined with academic activities at the University of Oxford and University College London, she chose to pursue her career in Italy and practise as a lawyer.
Together with the ESG & Legal Impact team, she provides support to third sector entities in Italy, non-profit organisations, and deals with innovation and sustainability. She also provides ESG support to national and international companies, both in their set-up and development phases.
She is also part of the French Desk that assists companies and individuals with their Franco-Italian projects, particularly with regard to international agreements and understanding the legal differences between the two legal systems.
