Noemi La Porta advises clients on both judicial and extrajudicial matters. She specializes in logistics and transportation law, as well as commercial and international law.
She works closely with leading Italian and international industrial groups, providing expertise in corporate law and in drafting and negotiating complexcommercial contracts.
Noemi also has experience in civil and commercial litigation. Before joining RPLT, she gained practicalexperience in civil law, focusing on liability and insurance matters.
She graduated with honors in Law from the University of Bologna, where she wrote her thesis on “Alternative Justice and Consumer Protection.”
