Marianna Lamattina specializes in tax law.

She also has significant experience in international taxation issues, extraordinary transactions and participatory reorganizations. She has gained significant experience on issues of international taxation, extraordinary transactions, as well as in the area of participatory reorganizations. She graduated with honors in Business Administration from Luiss – Guido Carli and with a master’s degree in Tax Law from “Il Sole 24 Ore.”
