Laura advises Italian and foreign clients operating mainly in the chemical-pharmaceutical, heavy industry, services and media sectors.
She assists clients on corporate and commercial law, in particular on M&A transactions, companies’ incorporation, corporate governance, negotiation of business contracts, both domestic and international.
She also deals with corporate compliance – organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 – privacy and competition law.
She graduated at Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
