Administrative lawyer with more than ten years of experience in the main branches of administrative law. In particular, he deals with public contracts, both in court, in disputes before the Regional Administrative Court and the Council of State as well as before civil courts, and out of court, assisting contracting authorities and economicoperators in the preparation of tender documents and bidsfor participation in public tenders, respectively. He alsodeals with public service law, with particular reference to health law and energy matters, concession law, particularlyin port areas, urban planning law, and environmental law.
He has extensive teaching experience both at universitylevel, in public law subjects (constitutional law and comparative public law), and in training courses aimed atboth economic operators and public administrations.
