Giovanni Luppi has consolidated experience in litigation, corporate law and the financial markets.
In his professional life, he has assisted Arrangers, Lead Managers and Originators in national and international, traditional and synthetic loan transfers and securitisation transactions, including structures with master trusts, multi-year issue programmes and transactions by means of conduit structure, in connection with multiple credit categories, including RMBS, CMBS, consumer credit, dealer-floor plan, health and tax credits and commercial receivables.
Giovanni has assisted leading Italian and foreign banks, financial intermediaries and large and medium size issuers with a vast range of loans, issues of financial debt and capital instruments, public bids and listing procedures on regulated Italian and international markets. He was among the first lawyers to deal with the issuing of minibonds on the part of SMEs, developing a specific experience also in profit participation minibonds and convertible minibonds.
He has lectured on financial law (public bids, listing on the stock exchange, securitisation) for the specialisation masters courses organised by the Universities of Bolzano, Vicenza and Castellanza (VA). Furthermore, he is highly experienced in the field of litigation
