Luca Magistretti is an expert in civil litigation in court and arbitration procedures, with particular reference to civil and professional liability disputes, insurance, contract, corporate and collective procedures.  He also provides out-of-court assistance in insurance, commercial and corporate matters.

Luca graduated cum laude from the University of Milan and obtained a specialisation diploma from the Specialisation School for Legal Professions at the University of Milan.
