Guido Malpezzi advises and assists in commercial, banking and financial law. He has gained particular experience in the area of commercial, corporate, banking and financial issues, with particular reference to litigation and commercial contracts.
In more detail he deals with litigation related to the distribution of financial products issued by insurance companies and bank financing products for businesses, negotiation of domestic and international contracts – procurement, supply, distribution – litigation in commercial matters.
Within the firm, he also collaborates with other professionals in extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions, mergers, and transfers of business units.
He graduated from the University of Milan Bicocca and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
