Mariagrazia Berardo provides judicial and extrajudicial legal assistance in the fields of antitrust law, intellectual property protection, as well as in all contractual and regulatory aspects of the energy sector.
She has also gained significant experience in compliance matters, with particular reference to Organizational Models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and data protection compliance.

She graduated cum laude from the University of Turin with a thesis on Creative Commons licenses and joined RP Legal & Tax in 2026. In 2018, Mariagrazia attended the Master’s Programme in “Law and Taxation of the Art Market” at Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, and in 2021 the Advanced Course in “Personal Data Protection Law for Data Protection Officer Training”, held by the Department of Law of the University of Turin under the patronage of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
She is an academic fellow in Commercial Law at the University of Turin, as well as a tutor in Commercial Law within the degree programme in Information and Communication Management at the School of Management of the same University.

She is a member of LES Italia (Licensing Executives Society) and the author of several scientific publications in legal journals on competition law, intellectual property law, and data protection.

I criteri del BIA sono distinti e autonomi rispetto agli standard armonizzati risultanti dalle norme ISO o di altri organismi di normazione e non sono ratificati da parte di istituzioni pubbliche nazionali o europee.

“Certified B Corporation” is a trademark licensed by B Lab, a private non-profit organization, to companies like ours that have successfully completed the B Impact Assessment (“BIA”) and therefore meet the requirements set by B Lab for social and environmental performance,accountability, and transparency.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
