Sidney Mathoux

Sidney Mathoux deals with matters of commercial, international and logistics law; in particular, he assists leading Italian and foreign industrial groups on matters related to the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. His work also includes assistance with civil, corporate and commercial arbitration and litigation.

He is bilingual Italian – French and he focuses part of its professional activity on the assistance to French companies.

Sidney has graduated with honors in 2016 from the University of Bologna discussing a comparative thesis about the responsibility of limited liability companies’ directors and he has collaborated with leading international law firms before joining RP Legal & Tax in 2021.

It is specified that B Lab is not a conformity assessment body as defined by Regulation (EU) no. 765/2008, nor is it a national, European, or international standardization body as per Regulation (UE) no. 1025/2012.

The criteria of the BIA are distinct and independent from the harmonized standards resulting from ISO norms or other standardization bodies, and they are not ratified by national or European public institutions.
