Specialized in tax litigation, he assists companies, corporate groups and multinationals operating in the banking sector -particularly with reference to taxation arising from leasing contracts- automotive and industrial, as well as some entities operating in the non-profit sector.
It carries out judicial type activities before the competent Tax Commissions and the Supreme Court of Cassation in relation to tax assessments concerning business income, VAT, indirect taxes, transfer pricing. In the area of administrative assistance, he follows clients in the procedures of assessment with adhesion, self-defense, access to documents, in the various interpellation proceedings and in the phase of tax audits.
He is the author of numerous articles on tax law.
He graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and is a member of the Rome Bar Association.
Since 2025, he has been the author, together with other professionals, of the Regional Massimario della Corte di Giustizia Tributaria di II grado del Lazio. The Osservatorio delle sentenze tributarie del Lazio (Observatory of tax rulings of Lazio) is born, an innovative project that aims to offer an in-depth commentary on the topics addressed in the 2024 rulings, providing judges, defenders and tax authorities with an updated and neutral knowledge tool on living tax law.
