Pasquale Morra works in administrative law and particularly focuses on tenders and public procedures.
He consults for contracting authorities and economic operators in all phases of tenders and beauty contests for the award and execution of tender contracts, concessions, public-private partnerships and for the assignment of contributions, funds and public financing.
The experience and skills accrued, conquering the trust of clients, also extend to include the public service sector and universities and health law.
Pasquale has been with RP Legal & Tax in 2011 and became a partner in 2019.
He is a partner of the firm’s Administrative Law Department, included amongst the best Italian firms of 2020 for the “Administrative and Tenders” sector (Research Il Sole 24 ore, in collaboration with Guida al Diritto).
He teaches at training events on the Code of Public Contracts.
