Ludovica Murano

In October 2024, Ludovica Murano graduated with honors from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna defending a thesis in Penal Labor Law with a correlation in Labor Law entitled “The liability of the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service and the Workers’ Safety Representative: between doctrine and jurisprudence”.
During her final year of studies, she also completed her first semester of legal training, dealing with civil litigation.
In particular, she deepened her knowledge in the areas of medical liability and inheritance law.
In June 2025, she received an award from the Fondazione Italia-USA for academic talent.
