Antonguido is specialized in corporate and taxaspects, in the management of capital companies and groups, including international and controlledby investment funds, with particular attention to governance aspects.
Its clients include leading companies in varioussectors such as finance and credit management, information technology and AI, energy, and gaming. These companies are responsible for resolving specific corporate, tax, and balance sheet issues, M&A transactions and corporate reorganization, the entry of investor members intothe capital, and the issuance of listed debtsecurities.
He holds the position of CEO and liquidator, member of Statutory Auditors with the position of Chariman or regular auditor and member of Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and of CTP in numerousjoint-stock companies, including supervised ones, and ETS Foundations. He held positions asChairman of the Board of Auditors by ministerialappointment in Public Funds.
